Rooster's Story
Rooster appeared outside a housing estate as a frail, elderly dog with hollow eyes and a body weakened by years of hardship. Unknown to anyone in the area, he had likely been abandoned due to his declining health. Attacked by local dogs and suffering from a severe blood infection caused by parasites, Rooster was in desperate need of help. His blood results revealed he was in critical condition, requiring a life-saving blood transfusion. Thanks to two heroic donor dogs, Benny and Charlie, Rooster survived. Today, his eyes have regained their spark, and he's discovering the simple pleasures he never had before: a comfortable bed, safe shelter, and nutritious food. Rooster is continuing his recovery in an experienced foster home, finally living the peaceful life every senior dog deserves.
