Tiger's Story
Tiger's story is both heartbreaking and inspiring. After being lost from his home, he was hit by a car and suffered a broken spine. He underwent extensive surgery to relieve his daily pain, which helped significantly. We were overjoyed when a local rescuer traced Tiger's original family - but that joy turned to disbelief when they rejected him. Seeing how physically damaged he was and that he would never walk again, they closed off all contact and replaced him with a new puppy just weeks later. Their cruel abandonment is our gain. Tiger has adapted beautifully to life on wheels, zooming around with infectious joy. You can't help but smile at his courageous, happy outlook on life. He's truly special - a two-legged wonder dog who proves that disability is just a different ability.
